I had no communication and had to go to dealership to get a status update. I was told that I would receive a call that day as tech was working. I had not received communication and went to retrieve something from the truck on Friday and was finally given a status update. My vehicle was under service from Tuesday to Saturday and it took me twice to travel to dealership to receive a status update.Response from Serra Chevrolet Clarksville
