    My driver side seat belt broke and my service advisor Chris made sure I was taken care of with a rental car while I waited for it to be fixed. While my seat belt breaking wasn't ideal, the customer service was exemplary.

    Much better Service than last time. I talked to the service manager about my concern from last time, and he was very grateful that I brought my concerns to him. This time, no findings or surprises once I got home.

    I was disappointed with my experience. Upon arriving, I was not greeted or offered assistance despite being on crutches and wearing a large knee brace. Several employees were standing nearby, but I had to walk to the service desk myself to get help. After my oil change, one of my tire pressure sensors was not reset, causing a warning light to come on about 10 miles down the road. When I called, I was told to bring the vehicle back, even though I am currently unable to drive due to my injury and must find someone else to take it in. The staff seemed unconcerned and offered little apology for the inconvenience. This was my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle from this dealership, and overall, I was not impressed with the customer service or attention to detail.
