I was told to have it in there by the time they open and they would see what they could do. I spoke with Beau when I first got there and told him my situation, he said he would see what he could do. I set in the lounge and just waited, he came to me within about an hour and said that my ride was ready. In my opinion that service was above and beyond and everyone I spoke with was great. I think the gentleman I spoke with to schedule my appointment was Drew, he was awesome and so was Beau.
